Pinewood Bowl 2011

Pinewood Bowl is one of the best Lincoln traditions!!  It is an annual music performed outdoors at Pioneer Park every summer.  We had a WONDERFUL night last night – the weather was beautiful.  We took Leah to see “The Wizard of Oz”.  This was an extra special show this year because Liza – Leah’s big sis from dance (kind of like a mentor) was the star of the show!!  Liza is only 13 years old and she was AMAZING!  She sings like an angel – far beyond her years!  It was fun to see some of my other dance students in the show as well.  We took Liza some jelly beans because the florist told me if we got her flowers –they would be wilted by the end of the show!  Leah was so glad to see Nora (friend from dance) – we sat next to her family.  We can’t wait for next year’s production “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers”.

We went to the dentist.  Amy didn’t know what to think.  She sat there for a long time though.
